Martin Phillipps, LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist has been working with individuals, family firms, private businesses and Fortune 500 companies for over 40 years. His consultation projects have included crisis management in family firms, organization assessment and succession planning in collaboration with financial, tax and legal professionals. Martin is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Since 1971 he has developed and managed several mental health programs at Hospitals and Medical Centers, including those for the Department of Defense, family therapy programs and medical family therapy in oncology. He has been an adjunct professor at St. John’s University. Martin maintains a private practice in family and medical family therapy, in addition to consulting to family firms, privately-held entities and Fortune 500 companies. He has presented workshops on family businesses at the annual meeting of AAMFT, Chambers of Commerce and has received many awards and recognition for his work throughout his long and esteemed career.
Joseph A. Romano, Esq. - Lowenstein Sandler, LLP - Joseph represents high net worth individuals and families in complex trust and estate planning aimed at the preservation of wealth and the maximization of tax benefits.
